Every 4-6 weeks, you will come back to our office so we can make sure your teeth are progressing and moving into correct alignment. Step three – Wear the aligners. It is very important to wear these aligners for at lease 22 hours every day. Invisalign is very flexible, as you can remove the aligners while eating or during certain activities, just make sure to replace them as soon as you are finished so your progress is not interrupted.
